In this role, your responsibilities will be:
- Lead the planning function for both the QuickShip and Parts organizations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop the sales plan and ensure monthly/yearly sales POR targets are achieved.
- Ensure the sales plan is synchronized with the Master Production Plan (MPS) and inbound material plans.
- Review backlog regularly and plan release of orders according to customer requested dates.
- Ensure timely scheduling of customer orders to support sales execution and revenue realization
- Coordinate daily operations meetings to align cross-functional teams on priority orders and constraints.
- Conduct weekly reviews of late backlog and drive improvements in service levels through effective planning practices.
- Monitor RDSL and PDSL performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure proactive and timely communication of order status to customers/LBP’s/relevant stakeholders
- Support expediting requests from customers by coordinating with the relevant stakeholders
- Liaise with Purchasing to ensure on time material availability and resolve shortages.
- Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics to remove bottlenecks affecting order flow.
- Partner with Sales, Order Admin and Operations to drive alignment on forecast, execution priorities, and customer commitments.
- Drive team performance through coaching, capability development, and setting clear objectives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance planning accuracy & drive KPI improvement.
- Improve planning parameters and provide input for the annual inventory plan, including monthly/quarterly updates
- Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and promote 5S practices within the planning team.
- Ensure compliance with local and international trade compliance rules in all transactions and workflows.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an Engineering-to-Order manufacturing environment
- Technical expertise or exposure to control valves
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Supply Chain degree and/or relevant supply chain experience
