Full job description

We are currently seeking a professional Front Desk Agent (Russian Speaker) to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with a professional and friendly approach.
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Assist Russian-speaking guests to ensure clear communication and exceptional service.
  • Address guest complaints, requests, and concerns promptly.
  • Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate records in the system.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
  • Follow hotel policies, service standards, and security procedures.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Russian and English (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Previous experience in a hotel front office or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of hotel management software (Opera or similar) is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Professional appearance and a guest-focused attitude.
