Zahr Freighters, a leading logistics and freight solutions provider in Dubai, is seeking a friendly and professional Customer Care Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys assisting clients, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
  • Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics and operations, to resolve issues
  • Provide updates to clients regarding shipment status and delivery schedules
  • Assist in preparing reports and analyzing customer feedback to improve services
  • Promote company services and ensure customer satisfaction at all times
  • Follow up on pending requests and ensure resolution within company timelines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or transportation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Friendly, professional, and client-focused attitude
