We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Reservation Agent to join our team. As a Reservation Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth booking experience. Your role is crucial in creating positive first impressions and setting the stage for memorable stays at our property.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and online reservations efficiently and professionally
- Provide detailed information about room types, rates, packages, and property amenities
- Upsell room categories and additional services to maximize revenue
- Process reservations accurately, ensuring all guest preferences and special requests are recorded
- Collaborate with other departments to address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions, events, and local attractions
- Generate and distribute daily reports on reservation activities
- Assist with group bookings and coordinate with the sales team when necessary
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Contribute to a positive work environment by maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude
Qualifications
- Previous Experience in a hotel
- Proficiency in hotel management software, preferably Opera
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
