Job Description


We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Reservation Agent to join our team. As a Reservation Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth booking experience. Your role is crucial in creating positive first impressions and setting the stage for memorable stays at our property.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and online reservations efficiently and professionally
  • Provide detailed information about room types, rates, packages, and property amenities
  • Upsell room categories and additional services to maximize revenue
  • Process reservations accurately, ensuring all guest preferences and special requests are recorded
  • Collaborate with other departments to address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions, events, and local attractions
  • Generate and distribute daily reports on reservation activities
  • Assist with group bookings and coordinate with the sales team when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Contribute to a positive work environment by maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude

Qualifications

  • Previous Experience in a hotel
  • Proficiency in hotel management software, preferably Opera
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Team player with a collaborative approach to work
