Job Description:
We are seeking ambitious and driven sales agents to help clients buy, sell, and rent properties in Dubai. The ideal candidate is proactive, goal-oriented, and passionate about real estate sales.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and build a strong client network
• Promote and market available properties
• Conduct property viewings and close deals
• Negotiate offers and prepare necessary documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships
• Stay updated with market trends, listings, and property laws

Requirements:

• Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred (but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Familiarity with Dubai real estate market is a plus
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
• Arabic or English fluency (both is a plus)
