Store Manager

Full job description
Store Manager required for a construction company who is having experience in UAE in same role in same industry to manage all of the operations in our storeroom. In this position, you’ll play a key role in the proper care and maintenance of our stock, including ordering, receiving, and managing inventory.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
  • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.
  • Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
  • UAE Experience (managerial) is most essential.
  • UAE Experience in managing A-Z of the store is mandatory.
  • Should be currently working in managerial capacity-handling people, P & L of the warehouse, people, customers, suppliers, other stakeholders.
  • Receive raw materials and verify quantity, quality, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate stock GRN using ERP systems.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and segregation according to company standards.
  • Issue raw materials to production based on requests.
  • Follow to minimize wastage.
  • Coordinate with concerned department for material inspection and release.
  • Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
  • Conduct regular stock counts (daily/weekly/monthly).
  • Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies immediately.
  • 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Experience in handling raw materials (ingredients, packaging materials, chemicals, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of inventory control and stock management.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
