We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join our expanding cloud kitchen team. The ideal candidate will support daily operations, assist with food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and help ensure smooth order flow during busy hours. This role is perfect for someone who is hardworking, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Support

• Wash, cut, and prepare fruits and ingredients for smoothies and shakes
• Assist kitchen staff with portioning, measuring, and station setup
• Refill supplies and ensure all ingredients are stocked throughout the shift
• Follow standardized recipes and portion guidelines

Kitchen Organization & Hygiene

• Maintain a clean and tidy workstation at all times
• Wash utensils, containers, and kitchen tools
• Sanitize surfaces and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Dispose of waste properly and follow recycling protocols
• Support daily opening and closing cleaning routines

Order Packing & Dispatch

• Pack orders accurately and neatly
• Ensure correct labeling and presentation
• Prepare packaging materials and keep pack-out area organized
• Assist with handing orders to delivery riders

General Support

• Assist cooks and prep staff during rush hours
• Report low stock levels and kitchen issues
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work well in a team

• Previous experience in a kitchen, café, juice bar, or cloud kitchen preferred
• Basic understanding of food safety & hygiene
• Ability to work quickly and stay organized under pressure
• Basic English communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Must be currently in UAE and legally allowed to work
