Job description:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the bar with a warm and professional attitude.
• Manage seating arrangements and coordinate with bartenders and servers to ensure efficient table flow.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus if applicable.
• Handle special guest requests and resolve any service issues or complaints promptly and politely.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure a high level of customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the entrance and hostess stand area.
• Provide information about bar offerings, promotions, or events.
• Collaborate with bar staff to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bar hostess (preferably in hospitality or nightlife)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Basic knowledge of food and beverages is a plus
