Armador Maritime Services LLC is urgently seeking a qualified and experienced Assistant Operations Manager to join our growing team. This is a shore-based role suited for professionals with sailing experience on oil tankers and strong operational expertise in the maritime sector.

Key Requirements:

• Must have sailing experience on oil tankers (mandatory)
• Should have held a senior rank onboard (e.g., Chief Officer, Master, or Second Officer)
• Must hold a valid and recognized Certificate of Competency (CoC)
• Strong knowledge of marine operations, safety protocols, and cargo handling
• Must be able to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily vessel operations and performance
• Ensure compliance with international maritime laws and safety regulations
• Coordinate with onboard crew, technical teams, and clients to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor vessel schedules, documentation, and incident reporting
• Support internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments
