We’re Hiring: Commercial Executive – Dubai

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Executive to support our business development activities and enhance the efficiency of our commercial operations.

Location: Dubai, UAE – on-site presence required

Language: Excellent command of English

Experience: Minimum 3 years in commercial, sales support, client relations, or business development roles

Industry Preference: Corporate or construction environments

⏱ Availability: Immediate or short notice preferred

What You’ll Do:

– Support the commercial team in managing client inquiries, proposals, and business opportunities.

– Coordinate commercial documentation, contracts, and follow-ups with accuracy and professionalism.

– Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and commercial materials for clients and partners.

– Maintain organized client records, CRM data, and commercial tracking systems.

– Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of commercial activities.

– Contribute to the identification and development of new business opportunities.

– Ensure all commercial processes align with company standards and client expectations.
