Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality sushi, sashimi, rolls.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station
- Manage inventory of sushi ingredients and assist with ordering supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate with guests when needed
- Continuously develop new menu items or improve existing offerings
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Sushi Chef
- Excellent knife skills and knowledge of sushi preparation techniques
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Creativity and passion for high-quality presentation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
