Full job description

We are looking for dependable and professional Delivery Riders who must have their own bike or car. The rider will be responsible for delivering orders quickly, safely, and accurately while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver orders to customers on time using your own bike or car.
• Ensure all orders are accurate before leaving the store and upon delivery.
• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules efficiently.
• Communicate with the dispatch/store team for updates and instructions.
• Handle cash/card payments when required and maintain proper records.
• Keep your vehicle clean and in good working condition.
• Adhere to all UAE traffic rules, safety guidelines, and company policies.
• Provide friendly and professional service at every delivery.

Requirements

• Own bike or car is mandatory.
• Valid UAE driving license for motorbike or car.
• Delivery experience is an advantage but not required.
• Good knowledge of local roads and locations.
• Ability to use navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze, etc.).
• Good communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deliveries.
• Flexible availability for shifts, weekends, and busy hours.
