About the Role:
As our Sales & Events Coordinator, you’ll be the face and voice of Mama Lu Kitchen. You’ll engage with clients, manage bookings, and ensure every class, birthday party, and corporate event runs smoothly and memorably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all client communications via WhatsApp, email, and calls with professionalism and warmth.
- Sell cooking classes and private events, including birthdays, team-building sessions, and workshops.
- Handle booking forms, menu selections, age groups, and special requests.
- Liaise with chefs to ensure classes are prepared and run flawlessly.
- Collect client feedback and provide daily reports to the Operations Manager and Owner.
- Contribute creatively to marketing initiatives, including class videos, photography, and social media content.
- Use Canva (and ideally Wix/Adobe) to design promotional content.

- Sales experience – you know how to sell an experience, not just a class.
- Food lover with strong food knowledge – you understand our menus and can excite clients about them.
- Organized and proactive – handle multiple bookings, events, and client requests with ease.
- Creative thinker – bring fresh ideas for events, marketing, and content creation.
- Tech-savvy with experience in Canva, Wix, and/or Adobe tools.
