About Us:
We are a growing name in the F&B industry, committed to delivering exceptional service and culinary experiences. As we expand our team, we are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to help us identify and bring on board top talent across our restaurants, cafes, and kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for all F&B roles (Front of House, Back of House, and Management)
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies)
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further evaluation
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs
• Draft and publish job advertisements tailored to different roles
• Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies
• Support onboarding process in coordination with HR and operations teams
• Maintain and update recruitment reports and candidate tracking systems

Requirements:

• Proven experience (4+ years) in recruitment, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry
• Strong understanding of F&B roles and the skills required for each position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Prior experience hiring for restaurants, cafes, or catering businesses
• Strong network in the F&B industry (local or international)
