The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our thriving holiday homes company in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key role in streamlining our operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and supporting the growth of our business in the vibrant UAE market. Responsibilities: – Coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient property management. – Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services teams to maintain high standards of holiday homes. – Manage booking schedules, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve issues promptly. – Monitor and optimize operational procedures to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction. – Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support promotions and guest retention strategies. – Prepare regular reports on occupancy, maintenance, and guest feedback for management review. – Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies related to property management and guest safety.

Requirements

  • No prior experience needed, however the candidate should be dedicated and keen to learn – Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with teams and guests. – Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently. – Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with a customer-focused approach.
