About the Role:
Covermatch is looking for a customer-focused and organized Client Service Executive to support our Dubai operations. The ideal candidate will handle client follow-ups, policy renewals, and ensure smooth customer service interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on incoming leads and assist clients with their insurance inquiries
• Manage renewals and ensure timely communication with clients
• Provide excellent service and support across all insurance products
• Maintain accurate records and update client information in systems
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of requests
• Ensure a professional and positive client experience at all times

Requirements:

• Must be on own visa
• Graduate in any discipline
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, email handling)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Prior experience in client service or insurance is an advantage
