Document Controller

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining company documents, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely retrieval of records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, control, and maintain all company documents and records (electronic and hard copy).
  • Ensure documents are properly filed, indexed, and easily accessible when required.
  • Distribute and track project-related documents to relevant departments.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Prepare reports, updates, and documentation logs for management.
  • Assist in data entry, scanning, and archiving tasks.
  • Support day-to-day clerical and administrative functions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in documentation, filing, or administrative work.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
  • Experience handling blue-collar worker documentation (labor files, passports, visas, contracts, etc.) is an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: AED 3,000 per month

  • Other benefits as per UAE Labor Law
