Key Responsibilities
Off-Plan Sales Operations
- Coordinate daily with major Dubai developers (Binghatti, Damac, Emaar, Sobha, Imtiaz, and others).
- Retrieve and organize updated inventory, availability sheets, payment plans, and pricing.
- Prepare detailed client presentations, brochures, and investment summaries.
- Manage EOI submissions, booking forms, buyer documents, and reservation timelines.
- Track commissions, deals in progress, follow-ups, and developer communication.
Administrative & Executive Support
- Maintain CRM accuracy: lead tagging, follow-up pipelines, status updates, data entry.
- Manage WhatsApp lead funnels, broadcast lists, nurturing sequences, and screening questions.
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, travel arrangements, and daily coordination.
- Produce daily and weekly reports summarizing leads, activities, and KPIs.
- Attend property launches, developer meetings, and client sessions with the President.
Client Engagement & Lead Management
- Screen international buyers for qualification, interest level, and timeline.
- Manage communications across WhatsApp, phone, and email with professional speed.
- Arrange virtual and in-person presentations with developers.
- Support clients through the booking and documentation stage until final handover to sales.
Mandatory Requirements
To be considered, applicants must meet ALL required criteria:
Real Estate Experience (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum 1–2 years of Dubai real estate experience (off-plan or real estate admin preferred).
- Understanding of Dubai developers, project launches, payment structures, and inventory flow.
- Familiarity with CRM systems used in real estate (PropSpace, SalesForce, HubSpot, or similar).
Professional & Personal Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings when required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to operate independently and handle pressure.
- “Above and beyond” attitude with a high sense of responsibility and professionalism.
- Ability to meet in mobile environments: hotels, developer showrooms, restaurants, offices.
