Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee soft services operations at assigned sites. The role involves supervising cleaning teams, ensuring service quality, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting day-to-day FM operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, FM industry knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple locations effectively.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Supervision

  • Supervise housekeeping and cleaning teams across assigned residential, commercial, or hospitality facilities.
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed as per SOPs, schedules, and client requirements.
  • Conduct daily site inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards.
  • Manage staff attendance, duty rosters, and task allocations.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning machines, tools, and chemicals.
  • Report maintenance issues, damages, and safety hazards to the FM team.
  • Support mobilization of new sites and deployment of staff and equipment.

Staff Management

  • Train and guide housekeeping staff in cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service.
  • Monitor performance, discipline, and provide on-the-job coaching.
  • Ensure staff comply with company policies, uniform standards, and HSE guidelines.

Client & Communication

  • Act as a point of contact for client representatives on operational matters.
  • Handle client feedback, complaints, and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to the FM/Soft Services Manager.

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure staff follow all health and safety regulations and proper PPE usage.
  • Support adherence to Dubai Municipality and UAE hygiene regulations.
  • Maintain proper storage of chemicals and ensure MSDS compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in housekeeping supervision within FM.
  • Strong knowledge of soft services operations, cleaning practices, equipment & chemicals.
  • Good communication skills (English required; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
  • Ability to lead multicultural teams.
  • Basic computer skills (emails, reporting).
  • UAE experience preferred.
  • UAE Driving License
