About Us:

Khams Njoom Bakery is a fast-growing bakery brand known for fresh, high-quality products. We are looking for an energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our products, build strong customer relationships, and grow our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase bakery product sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and catering companies.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Promote bakery products through effective marketing campaigns (online & offline).
• Manage social media platforms and assist with digital marketing content.
• Meet monthly sales targets and provide regular reports to management.
• Coordinate with the production and delivery teams to ensure smooth customer service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales & marketing (preferably in food, FMCG, or bakery industry).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of UAE market and customer preferences.
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
• Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.
