Personal Assistant – Atelier Collections

Atelier Collections, a dynamic lifestyle and design company in the U.A.E., is looking for a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to support daily operations and senior management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements

Coordinate communication, emails, and follow-ups

Prepare reports, documents, and maintain records

Assist in handling both personal and professional tasks

Serve as a point of contact between management, clients, and suppliers

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements

Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory

Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Proficient in MS Office and digital communication tools

Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively

Previous experience as a Personal Assistant is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
