Sales Manager – Hygiene, Tissue & Air Care Products

Orchid International is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with strong leadership skills and a proven background in the Hygiene, Tissue, and Air Care products industry. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in the UAE market, excellent client-handling capability, and the ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Develop new business opportunities in the UAE HoReCa sector, corporate offices, healthcare, and facility management companies.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts.
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Ensure sales closures through strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Train, support, and motivate the sales team with effective sales strategies.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
• Coordinate with management to improve product reach and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Hygiene, Tissue, Air Care products, or cleaning consumables.
• Strong familiarity with the UAE market, especially HoReCa and B2B sectors.
• Proven track record in sales growth, team leadership, and target achievement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.
