About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Supervisor to join our fast-growing FMCG manufacturing company in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations within a manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations within the manufacturing facility.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and induction for all new employees.
- Handle visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and coordination with PRO.
- Maintain HR records, attendance, and payroll-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and disciplinary processes.
- Work closely with department heads to address manpower planning and HR requirements.
- Ensure adherence to HSE, factory, and compliance standards within HR operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE, specifically within a manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
- Experience handling blue-collar workforce and factory HR operations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (preferred).
