Job Responsibilities

  • Drive lead generation efforts through outreach, follow-ups, and relationship nurturing with prospective clients and partners.
  • Serve as the primary contact point for existing clients, new leads, and strategic partners, ensuring professional communication and service throughout the sales cycle.
  • Manage and respond to inquiries regarding quotations, pricing, product details, agreements, and sales-related documentation.
  • Prepare, issue, and track quotations, proposals, sales agreements, and supporting documents to drive closure.
  • Support business development initiatives by scheduling and coordinating meetings, presentations, and follow-up discussions with prospects.
  • Maintain and update client databases, and sales pipelines to ensure accurate tracking of leads and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and clients regarding pricing, project requirements, invoicing, and delivery schedules.
  • Assist in preparing business proposals, pitch decks, sales presentations, and tailored materials for client engagements.
  • Contribute to market research, competitor benchmarking, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Support company events, client engagements, and marketing campaigns that help attract new business.
  • Track progress of proposals, monitor target milestones, and follow up until project confirmation or sales closure.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to management as needed.

Expectations and Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English, with a customer-focused communication style.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, especially when dealing with corporate clients, partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, able to manage multiple proposals, follow-ups, and documentation accurately.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, developing presentations, and handling basic sales reporting.
  • Experience in preparing proposals, corporate decks, and professional client-facing materials is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, contributing ideas that support business growth.
  • Previous experience in sales coordination, business support, or administrative roles linked to sales is beneficial.
