About the Role: High Home is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO who can manage both personal and professional responsibilities. This role requires excellent coordination, communication, and multitasking skills to support the CEO and General Manager in running multiple businesses and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle both personal and business-related tasks for the CEO.
  • Manage visa processing and travel arrangements for the CEO’s family.
  • Oversee and coordinate on-site work for various projects.
  • Follow up with contractors and attend external meetings related to ongoing projects.
  • Liaise with international suppliers for product sourcing and order follow-ups.
  • Handle daily correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the CEO.
  • Assist in overseeing personal or business property projects, ensuring timely progress.
  • Follow up with service providers and contractors to ensure smooth execution of works.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with visa processing, travel coordination, and supplier communication.
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Valid UAE driving license is a must.
