Storekeeper

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage day-to-day inventory operations, ensure proper stock handling, and support smooth material flow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock logs regularly.
  • Organize and store materials in designated areas for easy access.
  • Issue materials based on approved requisitions and maintain proper documentation.
  • Conduct routine stock checks and assist in periodic inventory audits.
  • Coordinate with procurement and site teams for stock requirements.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper labeling of all stored items.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damages promptly.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Storekeeper in a construction/industrial environment (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations.
  • Ability to lift and handle materials safely.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
