Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes including job postings, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
- Assist in performance management processes and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and support strategic HR initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or HR Assistant.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
