Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
- Verify the accuracy of data before entry and correct any discrepancies.
- Prepare and organize documents, spreadsheets, and reports as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company and client information.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries from stored data.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and integrity.
- Perform regular backups of important data to prevent loss.
- Support administrative tasks and ensure smooth workflow within the office.
- Identify areas for process improvement in data management and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Data Entry Executive or in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and data management tools.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
