We are looking for a Call Centre Agent – Arabic Speaker to be the voice of Alba Cars for our inbound and outbound customer interactions. In this fast-paced role, you’ll connect with leads, turn interest into showroom visits, and help drive our sales success from behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Core Functions

  • Make proactive outbound calls and respond to inbound leads across platforms.
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed showroom appointments with urgency and care.
  • Understand each customer’s needs and match them with the right solutions.
  • Maintain accurate call logs and notes within the CRM.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handovers.
  • Use confident, clear, and positive language in every interaction.
  • Represent Alba Cars’ strengths—large inventory, verified vehicles, flexible finance & trade-ins.
  • Build rapport and maintain a warm, professional tone across all touchpoints.

Performance & Follow-Up

  • Follow up with leads to reduce appointment no-shows.
  • Track daily targets and KPIs for contact rate and appointment conversion.
  • Contribute to a high-performance, customer-first culture.
  • Continuously improve through feedback and performance reviews.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English (spoken and written).
  • Prior experience in customer service, call centre, or automotive industry preferred.
  • Confident communicator with strong phone and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with a proactive, target-driven attitude.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
  • Strong follow-up and CRM management skills.
  • UAE-based or willing to relocate.

Salary & Benefits

Competitive Salary: AED 3,000 – 5,000
