Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the scaffolding and construction market.
  • Conduct market research to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Visit clients, contractors, and project sites to promote scaffolding products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to achieve repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the operations, logistics, and technical teams for project execution.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and follow-ups.

Requirements

  • MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in scaffolding, construction, or industrial products.
  • UAE Driving License is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle client meetings and site visits.
  • Knowledge of the UAE market is an added advantage.
