Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Administrator / HR Assistant to support our daily office operations and basic HR functions. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration

  • Managing day-to-day office administrative tasks
  • Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Arranging travel bookings, meetings, and schedules
  • Preparing company presentations and reports
  • Maintaining company records and archives
  • Supporting management in daily coordination tasks

HR Support

  • Maintaining employee attendance and leave records
  • Assisting with recruitment (job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling)
  • Preparing employee documentation (offer letters, contracts, etc.)
  • Supporting onboarding of new employees
  • Maintaining employee personal files
  • Coordinating with PRO for visa and document processing
  • Assisting in HR reporting and payroll data collection

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop & editing tools
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an Admin or HR-related role
  • Knowledge of UAE labor procedures (preferred)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
