  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • General understanding of the Fitness Industry
  • External marketing, promotions, and prospecting for lead generation
  • Conduct off-site promotions, distribute passes, and build local merchant relationships
  • Collect leads through enrollment and member referrals
  • Book membership appointments and meet or exceed monthly goals
  • Follow up with newly enrolled members and provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain a clean and operational facility
  • Assist in retaining members who request to cancel their membership
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Be reliable, flexible and have fantastic work ethic
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Have a passion for health and fitness
  • Enjoy helping people to achieve their goals
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and Computer
  • Must know Arabic and English Language very well (Arab Nationality Only)
  • Required Male and Female
