Full job description
- Ensuring the office and surrounding areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained. This might involve tasks such as dusting, cleaning surfaces, and ensuring office supplies are stocked.
- Setting up meeting rooms and arranging refreshments.
- Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc).
- Cleaning washroom.
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
- Make adjustments and minor repairs.
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
