Role Overview

The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in the company systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, good typing speed, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal errors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
  • Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Update existing data records and maintain organized documentation.
  • Retrieve data from various sources as required by the team.
  • Prepare and generate basic reports as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure data accuracy and timely updates.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a data entry operator, clerk, or similar role.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer skills.
  • Good English communication and comprehension.
  • Ability to work with deadlines and handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
