About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and energetic English–French bilingual professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will communicate confidently with customers, promote company products/services, and help grow the business through excellent customer interaction and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers in English and French, both verbally and in writing
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests
- Promote and sell company products/services to new and existing customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain records of customer interactions, sales data, and feedback
- Work collaboratively with the sales and support teams
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English and French
- Professional, confident, and customer-focused personality
- Ability to learn products/services quickly
- Basic computer skills (email, CRM, messaging, etc.)
- Sales experience is an advantage (higher salary category)
