About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and energetic English–French bilingual professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will communicate confidently with customers, promote company products/services, and help grow the business through excellent customer interaction and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers in English and French, both verbally and in writing
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests
  • Promote and sell company products/services to new and existing customers
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, sales data, and feedback
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and support teams

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English and French
  • Professional, confident, and customer-focused personality
  • Ability to learn products/services quickly
  • Basic computer skills (email, CRM, messaging, etc.)
  • Sales experience is an advantage (higher salary category)
