Full job description
Main Tasks:
- Participate in developing medical procedure standards and ensure compliance in matters related to sick leave, companion treatment leave, and infectious disease leave.
- Verify the authenticity of medical documents submitted to the committee.
- Analyze medical cases according to approved professional and legal standards.
- Coordinate with internal and external departments during data analysis.
- Decide on occupational disease cases resulting from work injuries per Resolution
- Decide on permanent disability percentages as per the Resolution No. 143 of 2016.
- Review medical audits for childcare leave related to children of determination.
- Decide on RTA tint approval requests.
- Perform any additional tasks requested by the Manager of the Medical Committee Office.
Job Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s in Medicine / Dentistry
- Experience: 5 years of relevant work experience
