About Us
We are a licensed Tadbeer Center dedicated to providing high-quality domestic worker services in line with UAE regulations. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team and ensure smooth HR operations, compliance, and employee coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment cycle for domestic workers as per Tadbeer standards
- Handle employee onboarding, contracts, offer letters, and documentation
- Coordinate with agencies and candidates for deployment and arrival
- Maintain accurate HR files, MOL/MOHRE documents, and visa processing records
- Ensure full compliance with Tadbeer policies, UAE Labor Laws, and MOHRE regulations
- Assist with scheduling, attendance, leave management, and performance tracking
- Address employee concerns professionally and maintain workplace discipline
- Prepare HR reports, updates, and follow-up communications
- Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in Tadbeer, HR, or recruitment (mandatory for certain centers)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management (HRM) or Equivalent Professional Qualification
- Strong knowledge of MOHRE rules, Tadbeer processes, and domestic worker procedures
- Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR systems
- Immediate joiners preferred
