Position Overview:

The Waitress is responsible for taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant and efficient guest experience at a food kiosk (container kitchen). The role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to work in a compact, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and take orders accurately.
  • Enter orders into the POS system and coordinate with the kitchen team.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
  • Assist with packing takeaway orders when needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the service counter, tables, and customer area.
  • Provide menu information and recommendations to guests.
  • Handle customer concerns politely and professionally.
  • Process payments (cash, card, online).
  • Support daily opening and closing duties.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Waitress or Front-of-House Staff preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask during peak hours.
  • Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
  • Basic POS system knowledge is an advantage.
  • Ability to stand, move, and work in a small space for long periods.
  • Team player with a willingness to learn.

Work Environment:

This role operates in a container kitchen / food kiosk, requiring efficiency, cleanliness, and comfort working in a compact setup with high customer flow.
