Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and versatile Executive & Personal Assistant to support the Founder of a fast-growing beauty and skincare manufacturing group based in Dubai.
The ideal candidate is someone who can manage both professional and personal responsibilities with confidence, efficiency, and excellent communication skills. This role requires someone adaptable, fast, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
Executive & Business Support
- Manage daily and weekly schedules, meetings, reminders, and priorities.
- Conduct research related to skincare manufacturing, suppliers, market trends, and business development.
- Draft emails, prepare documents, notes, briefs, and follow-ups.
- Maintain CRM updates, track tasks, organize project information.
Content & Social Media Support
- Assist with posting content on Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, and YouTube.
Personal Assistance
- Handle small lifestyle errands and reminders.
Requirements
Must-Have
- Female candidates only (requirement by the employer).
- Excellent English — written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Experience with calendar management, admin tasks, and follow-ups.
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Notion, Canva, and social media platforms.
