Asset Homez International Properties is expanding its footprint in Abu Dhabi. We’re a fast-moving real estate company known for smart talent, strong results, and a commitment to raising industry standards. We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive HR & Operations Executive to support our team and keep the branch running smoothly.
What You’ll Handle
HR & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for sales and support roles
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain updated employee files and HR documentation
- Support onboarding, inductions, and probation reviews
Operations & Administration
- Handle day-to-day office operations to keep the branch running efficiently
- Coordinate with management for schedules, reporting, and workflow requirements
- Track attendance, leaves, and ensure proper HR compliance
- Support visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and related MOHRE/immigration tasks
- Liaise with vendors, facility teams, and internal departments when needed
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all HR and operational activities align with UAE labor laws and company policies
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management
- Keep recruitment pipelines, databases, and HR systems updated
Who You Are
- 2–5 years of experience in HR, operations, or admin within the Abu Dhabi
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, HR practices, and basic MOHRE procedures
- Good communicator with sharp follow-up skills
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable handling multiple tasks at once
- Real estate experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Someone who enjoys solving problems and keeping things on track
