Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, presenting our services/products, and closing deals to meet set sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads
- Clearly communicate product/service details to customers
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact to ensure successful conversions
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales using the CRM system
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize campaign strategies
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic or other language skills are an advantage)
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
