Receptionist

Full job description

We are seeking a professional and well-organized Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service and ensure smooth daily office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue access/gate passes.
  • Assist with document filing, printing, and basic data entry.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Home-country experience as a receptionist or in a customer-service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Candidates having own visa will be preferred
  • Language: English & Hindi
