Key Responsibilities:
• Provide customer service and support, responding to inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to 3D body scanners and escalate when needed.
• Handle Zoho suite troubleshooting across CRM, email, and other tools.
• Coordinate with the SEO team to ensure strategies align with company goals.
• Liaise with the social media and website management teams to ensure brand consistency and smooth operations.
• Oversee and maintain control over our customer database and other sensitive operational data.
Requirements:
1. Arabic language is a must
2. Experience in customer service or technical support roles.
3. Familiarity with Zoho tools and CRM systems.
4. Basic understanding of SEO, website, and social media workflows.
5. Strong coordination, communication, and multitasking skills.
6. Based in the UAE or familiar with UAE customer expectations.
