Position: Sales Coordinator
Company: Afreen Building Materials Trading Co. LLC
Location: Abu Dhabi – UAE
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
Experience:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination / sales support and documentation for project sales (building materials / MEP / construction industry preferred).
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update quotations, LPOs, submittals, and other project sales documents.
- Coordinate with sales team, warehouse, logistics, and accounts for smooth order processing.
- Follow up with clients for approvals, deliveries, and pending documents.
- Maintain customer database, project tracking sheets, and sales reports.
- Support the sales team in day-to-day operations and after-sales coordination.
Skills & Competencies:
- Good knowledge of project documentation and sales support.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP/CRM knowledge is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and good documentation skills.
