We are hiring a Telecalling Executive with strong communication skills and social media knowledge to support our automotive service operations.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls from customers.
- Clearly communicate all services, promotions, and appointment details.
- Mandatory: Speak fluent English while interacting with customers.
- Capture short customer videos (before/after service, customer experience).
- Take video feedback and testimonials for social media use.
- Assist in posting or sharing content on social media platforms.
- Maintain proper customer records and appointment schedules.
- Coordinate with workshop staff to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
- Fluent English speaking is mandatory.
- Video capturing skills are mandatory (phone recording acceptable).
- Basic understanding of social media (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook).
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries politely.
- Previous telecalling or customer service experience preferred.
