We are hiring a Telecalling Executive with strong communication skills and social media knowledge to support our automotive service operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound and receive inbound calls from customers.
  • Clearly communicate all services, promotions, and appointment details.
  • Mandatory: Speak fluent English while interacting with customers.
  • Capture short customer videos (before/after service, customer experience).
  • Take video feedback and testimonials for social media use.
  • Assist in posting or sharing content on social media platforms.
  • Maintain proper customer records and appointment schedules.
  • Coordinate with workshop staff to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English speaking is mandatory.
  • Video capturing skills are mandatory (phone recording acceptable).
  • Basic understanding of social media (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook).
  • Professional phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle customer queries politely.
  • Previous telecalling or customer service experience preferred.
