Job Overview:

As an Administrative Assistant at Emirates NBD, your role is to provide a full range of office management services involved in planning and organizing the activities and tasks associated with Private Banking. The role holder’s interface with top and senior-level people requires a high degree of discretion, confidentiality, and tact in all his/her interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming front-office experience, managing stationery and office supplies, coordinating with third-party vendors and event organizers, supervising office boys, and supporting office design, layout, and overall arrangement.
  • Prepare status reports on various activities and follow-up and coordinate on business reports, preparation of spreadsheets, power presentations, and minutes of meetings.
  • Plan and organize travel arrangements and department’s meetings / conferences and other events in a time and cost-effective way

Skills and Experience:

  • Undergraduate Degree or professional training
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience, preferably in financial services.
  • Proficiency in all standard software (MS Windows, MS Office suite)
