Job Summary:
Responsible for providing excellent service to guests in dining areas, ensuring a high-quality experience, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously.
  • Take orders accurately and ensure special requests are fulfilled.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas, including tables, counters, and equipment.
  • Prepare and set up dining areas for service, including table settings, condiments, and supplies.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to provide smooth service.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in F&B service preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to stand or move for long periods.
  • Friendly, professional, and guest-oriented attitude.

Work Hours:

  • Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
