Client Relationship & Account Management

  • Manage day-to-day interactions with key clients to maintain strong and long-lasting relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring timely communication and efficient service delivery.
  • Understand client needs, business goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
  • Build trust with clients by proactively addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client requests.
  • Uphold high service standards through effective communication, strong organizational skills, and proactive follow-up.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Any Graduate with relevant work experience are preferred.
  • 0–1 year of experience in corporate services, administration, or any client-facing role.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results under minimal supervision.
