Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and presentable Café Coordinator to manage our café operations and provide a welcoming experience to clients visiting our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a client-focused attitude, and a basic understanding of café operations, including preparing beverages like a barista.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and attend to clients visiting the office in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assist with basic café operations, including preparing beverages and light refreshments.
  • Ensure the café area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment of café supplies.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
  • Support management in organizing small events, meetings, or hospitality arrangements.
  • Keep records of inventory and café-related expenses.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable and professional demeanor suitable for interacting with clients.
  • Basic knowledge of café operations, including barista skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Salary: AED 3,000 – 3,500
