Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as needed
- Serve as a point of contact for Arabic-speaking clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and support
- Maintain organized records and files, both digital and physical
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for team members
- Support the team in project management and other ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the office by implementing best practices in administrative procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and administrative processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
